Michele Dolzan was born in 1975 and, together with his brother Mauro, represents the 6th generation of the Villa de Varda family. "On 20 October 1975, I was filling a few barrels with wine distillate selected for ageing when I received a very important call from my wife Clara: she had given birth to our first-born, Michele. The special distillate has been left to age for just over 40 years and I dedicate this exceptional drink to my beloved son", Luigi Dolzan. This continues the Dolzan family tradition of passing on the finest distillate from father to son. The Brandy 1975 is one of the distillery's finest creations. It has a bright amber colour with intense yellow gold tones. A rich aromatic bouquet with notes of raisins, honey, vanilla, roasted hazelnuts, cocoa and coffee. The palate is refined and delicate, aromatic, harmonious and complex, with notes of dried fruit. The finish is extremely long. It goes well with dark chocolate, desserts with chocolate and almonds, savoury pastries, Parma ham, Jamon serrano or Pata negra. The beautiful bottle rests in an elegant box. Alc. 40%. 700ml.
