Vermouth Vermouth Rosso di Torino Ulrich Marolo was first produced in 1854 according to a recipe by Domenico Ulrich. Today it is produced by the Marolo distillery, which has fulfilled its dream of reviving this famous Turin brand. The artful blending of Cortese DOC from Piedmont with aromatic herbs and spices has resulted in an elegant vermouth with complex aromas and a full-bodied flavour, perfectly balanced by pleasant bitter notes.
