Cappelletti Negroni Insorti (“insorti” means “rebels”) is a drink inspired by the Negroni cocktail, easily recognisable yet unexpected. The traditional recipe has been “picked up” and re-constructed, carefully combining every vegetable ingredient. The wine-based drink contains citrus peel, gentian, wormwood and juniper, with fruit and flowers adding colour. It is recommended to be consumed with ice and orange peel to enhance the flavour.
