In 1940, Dr Achille created Picco Rosso liqueur to lift the spirits of the soldiers of World War II. Its main ingredients, wild raspberries and strawberries, are among the most precious plants the Dolomites have to offer. It takes 22 months from processing to maturation before the perfect union of the senses is obtained. The taste of wild raspberries and strawberries is velvety smooth. The drink is very aromatic, with notes of red fruit and liquorice, gradually giving way to notes of vanilla and cotton candy. On the rocks, the sensory profile is very soft and delicate. When tasted hot, all the aromatic notes emerge. The liqueur can also be used to complement wheat beer. Perfect for cocktails and gourmet dishes. Alc. 61%. 700ml. From Trentino, Italy.
