Amaro Estremista is a bitter made from the infusion of Sardinian herbs in alcohol. The alcohol used is weak so as to extract only the most important aromatic particles of the various plants. The liqueur is rich in balsamic notes, complex yet perfectly balanced, and enhanced with honey. It has a pleasantly aromatic nose with herbs and juniper typical of Sardinia. Strong notes of herbs and thyme, which make the liqueur refreshing, spicy and balsamic. The taste is very harmonious and silky. The finish is long and balsamic. Can be consumed as an aperitif with plenty of ice or chilled in the refrigerator. Can be accompanied by food such as grilled meat or seafood.
