A traditional Piedmontese liqueur made from fresh raspberries picked at the specific moment of ripeness to preserve their colour and aroma. The berries rest for a long time in an infusion of alcohol to fully reveal the organoleptic qualities of fresh raspberries. The liqueur is bright red in colour, with a delicate floral aroma and a fruity raspberry flavour, which gently dilutes the volume of the alcohol.
