A unique white Amaretto liqueur made from crushed Filippo Cea IGP almonds, grown and hand-picked in Puglia. Vanilla notes predominate. Lactose, colour and preservative free. Vegan, gluten-free. Alk. 16%. 700ml. From Puglia, Italy.
ADRIATICO Amaretto has its roots in Puglia, a region of southern Italy, famous for its unique architecture and surrounded by the Adriatic Sea. The company's logo and the shape of the bottle were inspired by two of Puglia's architectural gems: the trulli and the Castel del Monte, built in Puglia by King Frederick II in 1240. The castle is distinguished by its octagonal shape and is now protected by UNESCO as "a unique masterpiece of medieval military architecture". Almonds are at the heart of the recipe for Adriatico Amaretto liqueurs. The liqueurs are made from hand-picked Filippo Cea IGP almonds grown in Puglia. These Amaretto liqueurs are very versatile and can be used on their own and in a wide variety of cocktails.
