Grappa from Barolo Nebbiolo grape marc. Aged in barrels of different woods. The long maturation gave the grappa a unique sensory profile. A grape with strong aromas and at the same time delicate. The barrel ageing gave savoury aromas: from pepper to cloves, from nutmeg to brown tobacco, from anise to liquorice. Then, gradually, fruity notes of jam, baked apple, plum, almond, walnut and finally floral honey emerge. Each bottle is assigned a unique number. The bottle is presented in an elegant walnut box.
