Raspberry distillate produced in the traditional way in small copper pot stills at the Roner distillery in Tramin on the Wine Route in South Tyrol. The distillate rested for one year in stainless steel tanks. The distillate is made from small, highly aromatic wild forest raspberries, which can be smelled both on the nose and in every sip of the distillate. The distillate is perfect with dark chocolate.
