A limited distillate made from apricots grown in the Val Venosta valley (South Tyrol). The apricots grown there have a particularly intense aroma and flavour. Produced using the traditional method in small copper stills in Tramine on the Wine Route. Aged for a year in stainless steel tanks. An elegant drink full of delicate, savoury and fruity aromas.
