We are proud to collaborate with Edradour, a long-standing distillery based in Pertshire, Scotland, renowned for its Ballechin peated whiskies. After ageing in our new barriques, this Grappa Riserva is transferred into casks used to age Ballechin peated whisky. This perfect harmony between Grappa Riserva and heavily peated (over 50 ppm) whisky adds complexity and persistence to this high quality distillate. 100% Pinot Noir grape skins.   Alc. 42%. vol.
