Grappa Berta Ditirambo 43° 700 ml.
Grappa Berta Ditirambo. The nature of harmony for the symphony of time.
Dithyrambos is the name the ancient Greeks gave to a genre of choruses that extolled the beauty of life, joy, and ecstasy.
A Dithyramb was not just declaimed: a Dithyramb was danced, sung, lived. One went, with music and chorus, in search of self liberation, harmony, pure existence.
Ditirambo is also the world's first grappa treated by harmonic-natural music, composed and performed by Maestro Vessicchio himself-a unique treatment reserved for very few bottles.
Harmonic-natural music.
The basis of the process is the Freeman Method, painstakingly developed by Maestro Vessichio, by which the bonds between molecules are stressed for the optimal balance of this prestigious grappa.
Sound, through its own vibrational code, offers Dithyrambo the opportunity to mirror itself in natural harmony and quickly achieve its best expression.
Where science becomes art, we have added time.
For such a unique project, we could only choose something special: a selection of SoloPerGian grappa casks, patiently kept eight years in large casks and two years in small one-hundred-liter containers. She brought as a dowry her long history of gradual concentrations, of wood and time, of scents. The Harmonic-Natural music has given her a different depth, a still accentuated elegance, the seal of a new harmony.
The bottles are limited editions, produced in a very small number; each precious bottle bears the signature of Maestro Vessicchio in white silkscreen printing.
An overture of red fruits sets the tone for a rich, full taste, giving way to a polyphony of toasty hints in refined counterpoint with ripe fruit. The passage in small 100-liter barrels concentrates colors and aromas in a chorus of supreme fullness.
Harmonic-natural music does the rest: it softens angles, balances scents and taste for a persuasive choral crescendo. An enthralling synesthesia.
